I just started a blog there the other day. I thought it would be a nice place to provide links to some of the things I write on different internets sites, such as Epinions, and Associated Content. As well as others I thought it would be nice for my friends and family to check out once and a while to see what I have written lately. I posted the links to my latest reviews, and articles, as well as some information about this site and my referal link. There is maybe 6 or 7 links that is all. Today I got a notice saying that my blog has been locked because it has been identified as a potential Spam Blog. They said that there spam detector is fuzzy and that it is probably not spam, but a real human being needs to check it out.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Am I not allowed to post links to sites where I have my writing? Am I not allowed to post referal links? I read the user agreement and it says something about not marketing, but I don't think what I did was marketing, and looked around at many other blogs there, and there was certainly a lot of marketing of various things going on.

I have not experience anything like but I heard about it before, what I know you can do is to contact them and let them know. I'm sure it might be a system error somehow which is not uncommon with systems having high spam restriction policy. On a daily basses I have some of my genuine email go into the bulk mail, because I receives loads of mails everyday both genuine and spam. So, I'm sure things like this can not be totally avoided in this situation also.

I have heard this from a couple people today. Just wait it out and let them fix it. They are usually pretty good about getting things fixed quickly. You are able to post links to sites. Just make sure it is in good taste and not at all tacky and you should have no problem. Like I said, just be patient and let them work it out. I, like you, have links to my work posted on my blog. Have been doing this for a while and have never had any problems.
