Singles Flavouring - Nestea, Crystal Lite

Has any one tried the singles water flavourings? Are they any good and are they better for you than say koolaid or other such "juices"?
I noticed that they seem really popular around the area i live in. They were on sale and I've been trying to cut back on sodas at work but i hate the flavour of the water at work.
Any recommendations on types to try?
I also noticed that theres Koolaid ones as well but since i'm not fond of koolaid i wasnt tempted into trying those.

Oh, yeah! I drink the Crystal Lite cherry-pomegranate flavor. It's SOOOOOO excellent. I feel great when drinking it, too. My only complaint is that it seems they put a bit too much powder for a standard bottle of water... it is also VERY red, so be careful not too get any on your hands because your hands will be red! But, enjoy because it's delicious!

Yeah! It says to mix in the little packet into a bottle of water. Well, when I did that the powder would collect at the top and I would be red. Well, I drank a it of the water first, only a sip and then poured the packet in and mixed it all up and it's too strong. LOL! So, I do it in a large cup and then pour it back in the bottle if I need it to be in one :).
