My husband's surprise for me :D

So the other day my husband called me from work to remind me I had to pick him up at 4, which is an hour earlier than he normally gets off. Well, he mentions that he wants me to meet him in the warehouse so he can show me something. I get there and go out into the warehouse and waited for him to get done with the customer and for him to get off the forklift. So, he brings me to the back of the warehouse, outside, and brushes some leaves off some cement and tells me to take a look. Well, I saw a shoe print in the cement and some words. I looked closer and it said "I love Sunny"! I almost melted into a pile of goooo!!! lol! He told me that he had done it when he 1st started the job about 3-4 years ago (a few months after we got married). No one has ever done anything like that for me before! It kind of rekindled our relationship- we have a 1 year old son who is needy and who we adore in the utmost, but he's drained our relationship a bit. SO, that got the sparks going again!

You know such surprises often have the power to rekindle love or any relationship. In fact, it's often the lack of showing such new innovations that makes relationships boring and leads to some petit dispute or querrels. it's often very good to take the initiative and the other partner finds it more interesting to do similar thing and indeed find out that it's like a race for the couple and you'll never be bored with each other. it's very interesting in your relationship and this is what some of us dream of in our future relationship. good luck and stay blessed.

Yes! See, I'm the one that's the lovey dovey one. I do silly lovey things for him all the time. So to see something unexpected like this, I am still blown away by it! :P

Oh ok- well when he first started working at his current job, I guess they had some wet cement outside the warehouse... he took his finger and wrote "I love Sunny" while it was still wet, and it dried with that written in it... He didn't tell me about it though. Well, he just showed it to me!! It made me feel so special and loved!

oh what a sweetheart! dang..ive never had a guy write something in cement for me! that sounds rather silly, but now i want one lol! isnt it surprising how something so small and seemingly insignificant, can really make a whopping difference?! i once had a boyfriend who every great once in a while would write a silly note that just said XOXO and put next to my head when he left for work in the morning. he only did it 3 times in the 5 years we were together, but boy did it make me feel happy, wonderful, loved..and that feeling would last for months on end! all because of a piece of paper and 2 letters LOL!

Yeah it was so cute! He's not the type to do things like that either! The very RARE things he has done for me though, I still remember and cherish.

That was a very sweet thing for your husband to do. Just by him taking the time to have you come and see it means that he loves you very much.
