Do you ever felt ashamed of yourself when you remember any incident which you have done in past ?

Yes.I have done something i feel ashamed now.Even i did something bad that i should be regret for the rest of my life.But past is the past.Maybe anyone of us have done someting that we still feel ashamed now.I just avoid something tlike happen again .I am still move on..LOL
