What Kind of Test?

Is there anyone who can help me what kind of test should I review in applying a job? I will be taking an exam on a certain company here in the Phillippines soon, prospective position are: Managerial, Encoder, Clerical Staff, and HR Staff. I don't have any idea because after I graduate I started managing our business.

I would love to be able to help you, but I fear your question is very specific to the region of the Philippines and I have no experience there. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that we have enough Mylotters who are familiar with the Philippines to answer your question.
