What you will feel?

It's unfortunate to you. Although I don't have brother and sister, but I always try go to the wedding of my cousins.

I have a sister that I have not seen for 16 years now. she chooses not to be a part of the family. She got married about 17 years ago and I did not get to go to her wedding because my mom wouldn't allow me to. I still lived at home and the family wasn't getting along.

It's not that a big problem for me, especially when you're working out of your home country. the best thing to do is, either write them a letter, a video maybe or call them right after the wedding ceremony. Surprise them, I'm sure that it will be a very touching and joyous moment at the same time..

I would surely feel very frustrated. Of course, it's my sibling's special day and I am not there to give support, etc. I will probably try my very best to attend in other occasions.

I only feel some disappointment.If we cannot participate in our family programs what will we feel other than that.But in the case we have any love towards our brothers then we feel only happy.

Im sure to feel sad but still life must go on. This time its very hard to be always present in the most important happenings of our family's life. I failed to attend 3 weddings so far, that was when my 2 younger brothers and a sister got married. Even if I wanted to to attend but time wont permit me, im working in a very very far place...

It happens to me also, my only sister get married when i'm already here in kuwait and i cannot come due to some circumstances and i'm so sad and i really cry but what i can do, nothing but i send here my warm wishes and hope that everything will be okay for here. I really wanted to attend but when you are in a million miles away and you have some work with agreements. The only thing left is mixed emotions. Happiness and sadness..I wish i was there....

that would be really bad. marriage of my sibling is one of the important occasions we should attend to. im sure both of us would really feel bad. no work or activities must prevent you from attending this very special occasion.

It is a pity. And I feel a bit sad because I can not attend to the wedding. But I will give my best wishes to them. and send them a gift.

my 3 siblings got married when i was still in hongkong and then another one got married when i'm here in canada.so,i felt sad and at the same time happy for them.true, i missed the important events in thier lives and for our family but i'm happy for them anyway...

I am away from my family for more than a year now. My younger sister is getting married and older sister will have a new baby. The sad part is, I cannot be there on their happiest day of their lives. How I wish I can but I am on the other side of the world. The travel expenses would be too much to bear and I am employed yet. I miss my family really.
