I love eating EGGS but I like it when it is scrambled because I can put pepper, cheese and small amount of salt then cooked it in a butter! It tastes good!

I like eggs just about any way you can fix them as long as the white is cooked. I prefer to have the over easy and the yolk runny so I can dip my toast in it. I also like them scrambled as in an omit and I like boiled eggs as in deviled eggs or a egg salad sandwich. I like picked eggs too.

whether it be fried, boiled or poached, so long as the yolk is cooked through yet still soft to the touch, then it's in my breakfast plate. i also like meringue and icing made from egg whites. furthermore, i also enjoy eggdrop soup. this is making me hungry, i'll probably have a midnight snack---an egg sandwich!

This is a recipe from my family called Eggs in Purgatory. We don't have it that often, it's more of a special event breakfast, but it is very good.
Ingredients
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups canned tomato puree
4 fresh basil leaf, torn into pieces
1 pinch dried oregano
salt and pepper
8 large egg
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese or romano cheese
Directions
In a medium skillet, cook the garlic in the oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Add the tomato, basil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened.
Break an egg into a small cup.
With a spoon, make a well in the tomato sauce.
Slide the egg into the sauce.
Continue with the remaining eggs.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your taste.

I like them scrambeld, sunny side up or over easy. I only like them sunny side up if the egg is cooked so the yolk is not runny I hate runny eggs. I also love deviled eggs that is the best way to eat them.
