Does anyone know how to make

Some good italian dressing from scratch? i know how to make dressing for greek salads but not for italian. Last night i really want to make some italian dressing to put on my romaine lettuce but i didnt know how! So if you know anything i would love to know :)

How about this? - olive oil + garlic (+ basil (fresh grinded). Let it settle.
