Smoking bans and Casinos.........

Come July 1st in Iowa there will be a smoking ban,but somehow casinos are exempt from that law.I think the ban should apply to them as well,I don't think is anymore special them someone owning there own bar or resturant.It will hurt the small busness owners more that it would ever hurt a casino since they make billions a year.Do you think its right that casinos be exempt from smoking ban?If you think it ok why?
