I have never read any one or attended any seminar. Could you refer me some good books and some good motivators.

Sure. you can always get good books. To start with i have read "As a man thinketh", you can get this as free ebook on net or you can mail me.
You can always browse through the local book shops and scan though and find many good books on bestsellers list. all the best.
