graffiti as fashion

Do you have graffities all around the walls near you, on bridges, on buildings anywhere. I dont like it, I hate it. But if you will notice the letterings are well done, nicely shaped, as if the writer is an artist. But why do they do it. They are distructing the beauty of the buildings, the walls and other structures. Do you have people like them in your place and do you like them.

I love graffiti. It is a great art! ALTHOUGH, yes. The people who paint it should not have done it on the walls of buildings+bridges. Some graffiti is beautiful, but it takes away the natural beauty of what the graffiti is put on. I had graffiti in my house I was forced to move out of. It was beautiful. But, I am not as proffesional as those you see on box cars, and around cities. So, It didn't turn out all that great. I use to think that when people spray painted graffiti, they used stencils. And now, I know that they don't. In order to do graffiti, and do it well. Takes talent+practice. I do like graffiti, but the "gangsters" could do it in different places.

They are really good artists. If not they will not be showing their arts. They should be given a place where to see their arts. Thanks for the response.

Yes, they should be given a "Graffiti Art Museum" with plain walls, outside, that everyone can look at when they go by. You're Welcome.

I don't like graffiti and don't like the fact that these people are defacing public property. Also, some of the graffiti is gang related, and that really bothers me. What I do like is when they dedicate a wall of a building and an artist does some huge work on the wall - I love that. When I lived back in Ohio (USA), we had a lot of buildings with this type of artwork specifically downtown.

Really it is defacing nice buildings and structures. To me they are frustrated artists really. How I wish in here they will be given the opportunity to show their skills. Thanks for the response.
