what is being a frog in the well ?

There was a frog that lived in a shallow well. " Look how well off I am here ! " he told a big turtle from the Eastern Ocean. haha, its just simple. he's trying to hint you that you are living in the place that you accept it as the world for you. But you don't know that there is also a world outside there. Just like frog in a well, well is a world for them the can't go outside of it and don't know about the world outside the well. Well something like that he is trying to say i guess.

Well,it means that you haven't seen something amazing in this world,and maybe you are just focusing on your small world! I use that to describe someone who stays at home and misses the outlook.
