Any one still using bicycle

Now,only few people are using bicycle and it is out of fashion for the youth.I think riding bicycle daily will improve our stamina and make our body more fit and strong.

i am still using bicycle my bicycle is 13 year old i use this for exercise. i live in a big city but i am from small town so i learned cycle. many of my college friends (from metro city)never learned cycling i told to my friend that u missed the enjoy of cycling.

I agree with you .I can enjoy myself by riding bicycle. I donnot know tha if i just learn how to use it. it is a fresh thing to me .after all,i master a skill in my life .Just the thing like someone can swimm .and someone eles can't.

Hi friend,My daughter studying in the near by school goes to school by bicycle,She's asking me to buy a scooty but I tell her that she needs activity and its good riding a bicycle.Riding a bicycle is even good for the kidneys I believe.Its a very agood exercise for the body too.Thanks for sharing,happy mylotting.

I haven't rode a bicycle in years. I am 37 years old now and have tried to ride a few times but it hurts my rearend LOL. I need to lose a little bit of weight and try again some day. i have to find some time to go do it also.

I am planning of building one, I bike a lot in my teens and I though this is an excellent time for me to do it again. Thanks sreejithsreenivas for tickling my interest with biking.

Yes I still using it. In fact I still have my bicycle in m y house. The problem is that I cant bring it anymore in the road because of the numerous cars and vehicles with could be a dangerous thing.

I still use one. That's good for my body and give me more exciting when I cycling around the country. Now my favourite sport is cycling. That is wonderful.

Hi sreejithsreenivas! yes, I do agree with you that biking or cycling will improve our stamina and make our body more fit and strong. t is also a form of cardiovascular exercise that will make our heart healthy. Here in our country, there are less and less people using the bicycle. Most people own cars and motorcycles and just use any public transportation to take them to their area of destination.
