how to change my avtaar ?

I can't change the picture.I just don't known from where to change the picture.It has been for almost six months,I have been trying to change the picture.I have tried to change the pictures in "customize your profile" but there was no option.Can anyone help me about this ?

go to edit your preference. there just below the picture you will see the browse button. choose the picture that you want to put. hope its clear now.
