i think it's when there's not much people...keke.. enjoy shopping is the key..hee.. with bunch of friends... or with your partner..hee hee.. the situation is important too..hee...

It is always better to go for shopping in the morning hours when the shops open. The attendants are free to attend, explain and show you the best piece. You can bargain the price and making payment and gettting it packed - all easy if you go for shopping in the morning.
