Do you have a favourite games developer?

I've found that I have bought a fair number of Ubisoft titles and now if I hear they are developing something I try and find out more. I've just got Assasin's creed and it's an okay game, it hasn't got repetitive yet.
I find that ubisoft games are usually well thought out in story line and the actual standard of graphics/control is usually quite high.
Do you find that you buy a certain developers games a lot, if so which ones and why or is it something that you've never thought about?

I see... A friend of mine keeps on asking me if they made an Assasin's Creed for PC... The word is that it will come out, but it hasn't yet. He says the game has great reviews, but he only has a PS2 and a PC so, he'll have to wait some more.
I don't play PC game very much either... Actually, you could write the games I've played on a single page.
I enjoy strategy games, but I don't have a favorite developer. I was very pleased by Bethesda Software's Morrowind III - The Elder Scrolls.
The only game I've been playing in almost all its versions is 3DO's Heroes of Might and Magic. I've played it from version 1 to 4. My computer is too slow for Heroes V .
Another very popular developer seems to be EA Sports, but I'm not a very big fan of sport games where you need to play fast using the keyboard...

The PC version should be out now and it is a good game it is a bit repetitive with the missions/investigations though
I've only played Oblivion IV - elder scrolls, which I still haven't finished but will soon. I wish I'd played the previous ones as well though, as I'm really enjoying it.
I don't like sport games on any platform as I find them a bit boring. I like a good intriguing storyline type of game

It's the PS3 version I've got being that I'm a loyal playstation kinda girl. There is a PC version I'm not sure if it's out yet.
It is an amazing looking game but it is getting repetitive plus it's crashed 3 times so far. I'll need to check if it's a problem with the game or my copy of it.
What about PC games developers stvasile?

Of course Rockstar. Their office is just up the road from my flat. How are you liking the new GTA? I've not had much time to play it yet but it is not a disappointment except for the controls

I've not heard of SquareEnix but then I'm not a fan of rpg games. I take it they do really good ones though.

my favourite game developer is id Software ( http://www.idsoftware.com/ ) with games like Return to Castle Wolfenstein(RTCW), RTCW:ET(Enemy Territory), the Quake series, the Doom series, Q3Engine (used in many good games like CoD1/2, MoH:AA, JK1/2, ...)
and the next games of id Software will be RAGE and then Castle Wolfenstein 2
and of course RAVEN ( http://www.ravensoft.com/ ) cuz they work together with id Software on Castle Wolfenstein 2

I really liked the original Doom but never liked Quake because of having to aim. I'm just useless at it so stay away from most fps games but they are all good games and especially Castle Wolfenstein, which was the first.

Maybe I just play to many games as I'm now looking at developers as well as the games themselves. Not a fan of war games but Call of duty is supposed to be one of the best.
