If you are on mylot simply to earn money then maybe it is best that you leave. This site is not a job, and you will never earn the type of income here that you would get if you were working a regular job. This site is a social networking site, that just happens to pay. There are a lot of really great people here, and if you spend a little bit of time getting to know the people here I am sure that you will make some really great friendships. Its nice because the more friends that you have on this site, the easier it is to find discussions to post to. And of course the more discussions that you post to then the more money that you will earn. You also want to focus on the quality of what you are posting. Make sure that you are not just posting one line answers because you will not earn anything from that. At the same time make sure that you are not posting a long paragraph about nothing. You will be successfull here, and make a lot of friends here if you really try.

Well, some of the earnings may not have been updated.
Please wait patiently.
No body does really know how mylot works.
The key to earn in mylot is not to concentrate too much on the earnings and enjoying your time here.
Mylot is just like life.
Money is important in life, but money is not life.
I mean, earnings are important, but earnings should not be the only reason why you are in mylot.
If you concentrate less on your earnings,I am sure, you will probably earn much more than you think.
Cheers ! Have a nice day
Happy mylotting

Hit here mizanbdit!
I also felt that I'm not earning enough for my effort but not for the last couple of days. What I did is when I'm online, I open two windows. One for monitoring the topics that I started and for starting new discussions. The other one is for posting responses for the other topics that other mylotters started. And I always upload an image related to my post whenever I can. After that, I have noticed that I am earning more and now, I am satisfied with what I am earning.

43 cents are not that bad. mylot is more than earning money here. it's been two months now since my last payout. i am only earning for this month an average of 3 cents a day. i don't give a damn because i am doing something else. but i take pleasure in seeing my earnings going up a bit everyday. what is important is there are discussions here that i can respond and make friends at the same time.

I earned only 17 cents at my first day with 50 posts. But i did not left mylot and now i am making almost 55 cents daily. Yesterday i made 1.01$.
You should try to make your responses and discussons useful and lengthy.
Just write as much as you can. Upload photos in interest and response more discussions. This will really increase your earnings.
And try to have fun here and don't pay attention at your earnings and then you will earn more.
Thanks

Have a little patience hun, there are folks here who only earn a couple of cents a day. Just keep responding to discussions and enjoy making friends here, the pennies will soon add up after a while.

I wouldn't let it get to you. For being a newbie, those earnings aren't bad. Like someone else said, most newbies only earn a few pennies for that amount. You say each discussion and/or responses is above 4 lines. Well that is good, but i wouldn't be too concerned about the amount of lines you do. Yes, you earn more for quality, but that doesn't mean counting your lines. It is what you have said instead of how much you have said. When responding yes try to make it a decent length but also make sure that your response has added something to the discussion. I mean someone who types 4 lines of stuff that really don't add anything to the discussion is not going to earn as much as someone who types 4 lines of stuff that has added something to the discussion. Do you understand what I am trying to explain.
My only other piece of advice I can give you is this: When you start a discussion, always try to go back and respond to any one who has reponded to you. This will increase your earnings. Also, If you respond back to someone who has responded to you, then try to respond back to them again. When you do this it keeps a conversation/discussion going and it will be greatly reflected in your earnings.
Best of luck and I hope I have been able to help you out somehow.
