Don't abandon the programming, it is useful for accountants especially if you run your own accounting business. Being able to write simple programs will save you a lot of time and money in development or at the very least be able spot the trouble when things aren't working right which will save you when you have to call in tech support...
Both computer specialists and accountants are open fields, but you need to be thinking about the job market where you are planning on living and factor that into your decision.

I think that the only one who can answer this is you. You are in the right age to decide on your own. Remember, that there is no best course, I think all of them has their uniqueness and field. The key here is in the way how your interest affects your decision. Give more weight to what interest you the most. If the course you will take is the one that highly interest you, you can do good on it. If you have the interest, you will develop the "will" to pursue it, and probably make outstanding performance on class. This is what will make you successful, whether you take accountancy or computer science, or communication, it's up to you. Feel what's in your heart.

You really need to take something that you will enjoy. If you don’t like programming, do not get that degree – it is a waste of money. You can have an excellent career in accounting and make a lot of money that way (if that is what you are looking for). Keep in mind with accounting you must love numbers.

Accountancy is a difficult course too. And aside from that, you still need to pass the licensure examinations before you can consider yourself a real accountant. You are already going on your third year. What took you so long to realize that programming is not for you?
Education nowadays is very expensive and time is so precious. If you shift to another course you'll be losing some of your credits. Your parents will be spending more money for your schooling and it will take longer before you graduate. But if you feel you cannot make it in Computer Science and the best way is to change your course, then do it. Just be sure to take the most appropriate course for you. The one that really suits your abilities and will prepare you for your future. Good Luck!
