Well everyone, the title pretty much says it all. It has been a long time since I hsve gone to an interview, but since I am considering a career change, I am going to need all of your help to get things back on track. Lets hear some of the questions you have either been asked or have asked others during the interview process for a job.

I guess it depends on the job. If you are interrested in a job at a company or firm most questions would probably referr at team work. Questions like : what sports do you like to play? must receive an answear that denote that you are a team player so you must say basket ball or football; you decide.

Thanks for your response sandybel20. I was just looking for general questions that you have previously been asked in an interview.

The questions i have faced in an interview are something like...what r ur strengths, weaknesses,if u get selected in this company where do u stand 3 years from now...? If you go for a core company you will be asked on technical stuff...

If I were to hire you what would you bring to the company? What would your current or past employer say about you? Strengths, Weaknesses. How many days do you think a person should miss work in a year? I've even been asked at one job interview if I was married. When I told them no they told me they only had positions available for married people. (By the way this one is a discrimination)

Wow, I was going to say that I'm pretty sure that last question is illegal to ask during an interview...

Yep it is. To bad it's so easy to sue people nowadays. I probably could have if I wanted to. The sad thing is it was the person who owned the company who denied my employment because of lack of marriage. I see it this way, if people can't take me as I am then they aren't worth working for. She won't have me darkening her building ever again!
