fake or not?

so as spring time approaches you see many short skirts and shorts. along with that a tan tags along. some girls just dont understand the term "tanorexic". so i was wondering if when people see a fake tan do they make comments or just pass it by

Many people judge.
The reason they tan is to make themselves feel better about there image.
I just feel sorry for them.
