China announced that its military budget for 08 will increase by 12.6% This is not really a surprising matter. A growing economic power china is concentrating on the military power. The US is trying its best to preserve its own supremacy in the region.The question is that what India is doing to secure its own interest?Indias main challenge is to break out of confines of south aisan region. This involves active and close cooperation with US. China is a rising power in asia and will do its utmost to pregent the size of other power . After cutting india down to size china would not like to see Indian coming close to US in order to contain china. In this political scneario both US & china are using India. China do not want to see the India in this region and its close proximity with PAK, burma, bangladesh always put trouble for India. pkc3000
