Will you ever get married?

I have been with my hubby for two years, he wants to get married and I don't, he saids that it's tradition in his family, not in mine. I am willing to compromise and married but he doesn't accepts my proposal. I want: A quickie marriage at a chapel just the witness that you need and who ever is going to married us and that's it. He wants: The fancy one at church with a lot of guest with the after party.....etc I'm not into this, I don't like to be the center of attention, i didn't even do or let anyone do a baby shower for me when I was pregnant. I bought everything for my baby. We are trying to convince each other, at the end I'll let you know who wins.

Yes, I do plan to get married to the man I have been with for 5 years. We both want a simple wedding..nothing too fancy but a nice reception. It's easier when both are in accordance to what each other wants. Sounds to me that the two of you are definitely on opposite sides of the coin with this one but I pray that a compromise can be reached where both parties will be satisfied.

Yes it is but don't worry, you two will work it out. You have been together with your sweetie the same amountof time as I have been with my sweetie.

I always want to get married.. and i want to be a bride one day.. I always dream of a nice wedding.. and have a family of my own.

That is so cute, see my problem is I don't believe in marriage, my best friend does and I'm the one in this position, it sucks. Well I hope one day you can have everything that you want, by the way having kids it's really cool, I love my baby and I look forward when he is like 5 years old and we can go everywhere we want together.

I want to get married but i am to the point that if it is short and sweet then it is fine. He has been telling me that we should do the big wedding and make both sides of the family happy but i don't want it big. Something small and simple.
