they say, smile and the whole world smiles with you, frown and you would be alone, how far is that true to most of you. why is it more diff to smile and eaier to frown all the time. is it healthy to smile? how often do all of us smile? think about it, this may bring a smile to your face...

Long time ago, I was known to be Miss Frown. I seldom smile especially when I get so busy with work. When I concentrate working, I do not look at people, I tend to just ignore them. Then one of my co-employees said, I should smile even if I am not in for smiling because people might interpret me as a very moody person and incorrigible. Trust me, they don't like people who is like that. So I am gradually changed now.

wow! nice topic! for me, I so smile a lot to my friends but not very to strangers! I am just afraid if I will not get the smile back! hahaha! I don't have the guts to be ashamed and to be insulted! Anyway, I believe that is true, when you are smiling a lot, you are inspired to work and people around you are motivated to do so also! and you will not be alone since they will love to hang out with you! No one loves to be with the person who always complain about life! That is sad!
