Do you reply to every response in your discussion??

So do you reply to every response in your discussion or do you just respond to ones that attract your interest?? I, myself dont feel the need to reply to every response unless I feel the need to add my comment depending what the person has said.

I only respond to those that really strike my attention. I usually end up responding to people that tell me a story, or their own experience, and I have a comment about it.

I think it is nice to thank them for their stories/experiences and opinions. I reply to ones that attract my attention of feel they need a reply. I feel that it is pointless in replying to peopel just to say thank you, especially if they have only written a few words. Thanks for your views.

I try to. My take on it is that people have taken the trouble to reply, I should be courteous to acknowledge that, even when it is a bit of a trial. I don't reply to rude or clearly nonsensical ones though. My friend always get a reply. When's the bra fitting? LOL.

i think all the times i am not able to do so. actually sometimes i feel all are not worth of commenting. also i do not get times all the time to comment on all.

I do comment on the responses to my discussion if there is some thing interesting. I hate saying just a thank you. Rather than trying to say a thank you i prefer sharing few words. And i always check back my responses on others discussion for any interesting comments and will respond to them.

I try my best to respond to most of the responses in my discussions, but it is very time consuming, so I just limit myself to the ones that attract my attention and the ones that I actually can comment on. It also just depends on what mood I'm too.

I do like to reply to everyone as I just see this as an extension of conversation, albeit in a strange way, and so (rightly or wrongly) I feel I am being rude if someone is good enough to take time to discuss something and I do not reply. However if there really is nothing to reply then I wouldn't, as I disagree with pointless posts.

I comment on most of the responses that I get in my discussions. The first that don't get comments are the short answers, either one sentence or one line. The next are the ones that are totally off topic. After that, the totally derogatory statements. Finally, when the discussion has gone on for a while, and I start getting repeat answers, I don't comment to those because it would basically get the same answer that I had given to the first person that said it.

No i am like yourself i only reply if i think i need to add something to the post or to answer a question that somebody has asked etc. I usually thank the person for thier advice if i think it is good.
