Ive been with my service provider for almost a year, from the start i ve been experiencing diconnection problem with it. I keep calling the support line, do the same troubleshooting steps everytime i call. The problem will be fix for like 2weeks and then it happens again.
They send technician into my house, replace my modem, same thing happen. Oh, im getting tired of it.
I call them last week because i dont want to continue their service anymore, but they are asking me to pay a disconnection fee. Oh what a crap.
Does your dsl sucks too?

I have had the same ISP for about 7 years now and have had very little in the way of problems.
Before I registered for ADSL I spent several hours online checking all the ISP webpages. I finally decided which one siuted my needs and signed up.
I pay £22 per month, which I feel is a worthwhile investment for the stability and service that I receive. People often tell me that I am paying too much because they only pay £15 or £10 etcetera, but I also hear horror stories of poor connections, downtime and other problems on a regular basis so I shall happily continue paying £22 for a reliable system.
