If Windows XP is going to be off the market, why did Microsoft released Service Package 3 ?
Even though Vista looks beautiful, but its hardware requirement is just too high, ubuntu will simply better than that with a lower hardware requirement. Besides, many people are still using XP because it's steady we already have service package 3!
Whether a good go off the market or not depend on the need from the market, so since many people still enjoy windows xp and i think xp won't go off the market that soon. :-)
Have a nice day!

I think it means it's a good chance of linux. Windows vista is too bad for many people. They may use Kubuntu,Mandriva or Fedora Core 9. They are better than Windows vista.

I don't think XP will phase out that fast as Vista is still very unstable in many ways. I for 1 still encourage my customers to use XP. I myself am running XP OS. Is there any article on what your're saying to back it up? Any links? That'd b helpful, thanks.
