Avant!
I like to use avant. you can customise skins and block popups, multile tab browsing, lighter.
The best when you minimise it ,it automatically sits in your system tray as an Icon.
I like it.Pretty simple too.

Oh, this is the 1st time I'm hearing Avant. Safari yes, Avant, never. Maybe I should check it out. Sits on tray icon when minimized? Sounds very interesting. Is it like Windows Media Player 11 when you say sits on tray when minimized?

I personally prefer Mozilla Firefox. I do not have as many issues with it as I do with Internet Explorer. For some reason it seems to cut down on popups more than Internet Explorer and runs faster too.

I am comfortable with Firefox. It is easier to use and faster.
But anyhow, whatever we are using, as long as we are comfortable with it and we are having fun, take the gist and let it flow!
Cheers and have fun!

I'm using firefox. I started using it because of the tabbed browsing, as I didn't want to have so many IE windows cluttered on my taskbar. Although now IE7 has tabbed browsing, but I'm still sticking to firefox :)

10 years ago or so I used to use Netscape more than IE. But after that I've switched to IE after finding it more user friendly than Netscape. Now I have both IE & Mozilla Firefox. Hmm...less pop-ups? I've never really noticed that but faster, maybe a bit more. Never really used much of Firefox until recently when was on some online game. I did noticed though the way it loads is different from IE which is the reason for its speed. Haven't really done much research but many do vouch for Firefox for it's speed.

Avant
It sits near the time ( called System tray )on windows.
Well its pretty neat and best part of it you can customise its skin ( colour, add a picture to the skin)
It also has syncronisation to server which basicaly means that it can retrive all the data or things that were happening when you closed it .(*condition apply )

Definitely Firefox.... firefox is more secured, much faster than IE and has lots of useful plugins, extensions and themes that you can use. one thing I really love about firefox is the ability to tweak it's settings.
most of the users today prefer using firefox than any other browser. I don't think i'll be going back into using ie again or use any other browser other than firefox.
