If you could live anywhere in the world, Where would it be?, and Why?
I live in England, and have all my life. I'm also in the 'Midlands' which means im about as far from the ocean as you can get anywhere in England.
As i love the ocean, and i also love the sun, i dream about living in sunny climes, somewhere nera to the ocean.
I've only ever been on holiday abroad to Majorca, Minorca and Turkey.. so i have no idea where all the most beautiful and places in the world are to live.
Please enlighten me.. and tell me your dream residential location, and why you would like to live there above all other places (you can choose more than one place if you cant decide! ;) xxx

My dream home would be somewhere as far away from England as possible. You see, I am Scottish by birth and the though of a dream home in England send a little shiver of nausea up my spine.
Having said that, and offending you completely in the process, I'd settle for a nice little shack in Egypt with aview of the pyramids, the aromatic scent of camel manure wafting through my windows in the morning.....hmmmmmmm, I can almost taste the sand.

Oh bwoy now thats not nice! How could you offend England?... how could yooooou?!!
LOL... must admit though, i was born and raised in England, but some days, i'd rather be smoking off the wrong end of a Camel, then living in Normanton.

Doesnt that just sound like bliss?! Just saying the word 'tropical island' amkes me think of beautiful light sandy beaches, blue skys, the smell of magoes and pineapple, and lots of cocktails with rude names ;)
I think i would be in heaven!
Is there anny particular tropical country you fancy laying your hat?.. or will any do? xxx

Actually I still think I would choose to live in Hong Kong (as I am living in now). It's because it's a city and I love city life too much. I love the convenience and the energy in the city. I am not a nature girl and I am sure I will never be. So I still think cosmopolitan life is better for me!

Thats really interesting actually, how some people love the City so much.
When i was younger i used to like the city more than i do now, because of all the activity and excitement, but really i've always been a country girl at heart.
Nowadays i really dislike the city ~ i cant bear all the crowds.. so i much prefer the country or the seaside.
But its great that we are all so different ~ because otherwise life would be boring, right?! xxx

It would still be here in Tustin in a big old million dollar house atop the tustin hills with enough land around it to have a gorgeous flower garden and plenty of room in the Victorian house for all our belongings.

I've always wanted to visit Jamaica.
I ahve a lot of Jamaican friends ('yardies'!), and i just love the colourful and lively Jamaican/carribean culture.
I'm a huge fan of reggae, lovers rock, rare groove, ragga.. you name it. As long as i can wiggle my little bee-hind to it, im happy! ;)
So Jamaica sounds just beautiful to me. xxx

Yes, im a true lover of the ocean, which is why i hate being so far away from it myself.
You're right, living directly on the beach would be absolute bliss!
You would be able to watch the ocean from your patio, and the smell of the sea air would be just so refreshing and healthy for your lungs every day, instaed of the city smog.
I think i'd learn to surf if i had a beach-house, wouldnt you? And maybe save up for a little boat too...
ooh, that life just sounds divine! xxx

I've never been to France. I'd like to visit one day, seeing as its so close and easy now with the Channel Tunnel running from Dover in England, to Calais in France. ~ it feels strange to think of taking a train to france, which goes underneath the ocean! I'm not so sure im all that keen on the idea to be honest lol.
I do fancy tryin the South of France sometime though, but i've no idea what it's like there. xxx
