if you don't agree about something, or if you don't want to do what others ask? or you're a kind of person that always try to avoid saying no to keep your relationship with others undisturbed?

Well it depends on the person I deal with. If she/he is my friend well I'll be frank with them and say no in a nice way following that the explanation I have to say. But when i deal with a person who I meet once maybe I will not say anything against her talking.

Well, its always depend upon my mood, if its my close friend and i just wanted to pull their legs then i always oppose what they say, and try to fight with them...LOL and if they are just serious then I just have to be kind to do any work they ask me to do.
Have Fun!!!

Once in a while, I did. But I cannot easily say no usually to my parents or friends.
as you said, avoid saying no to keep the present relationship.

That will be anguished for me to indulge others without my consent.
Saying "No" is one's droit, I think. If you say "yes" against your will, the result will be the continuance of your suffering.
To hurt yourself, it would be better to reject others. And I also think doing things limpingly with other person is not a respect for them.

Uhm, I wont say that I dont agree with them, I will simply say 'I think its not a good idea'. Of course if that someone asks for a bad favor then I wont do it, I will try some excuses which are polite enough and not offending others. Everyone has to realize that every person has different opinions, so I wont be afraid to say no. If that someone cant accept then it's better he/she complains now, sooner or later I will say another no again since everyone thinks differently. A good friend wont consider diversity as disturbance, he/she will appreciate what I think and will always keep our relationship well.
