If you want to quit from the company, will you tell your close colleague to share your feeling?
Is it not good for you before quit?

I won't.in fact,i didn't tell anybody in my former company my decision to quick.they didn't know anything untill the moment i quit and all felt it a big surprise.
i finished the quick process within an hour and left.it's so fast that even most of my workmates hadn't realised what happened.

You are so cool!
I cannot finish the resignation process with an hour. I have to tell manager 1 month ago. During the 1 month, a lot of people may have known it.

YES ,WHAT YOU SAID IS A NORMAL PROCESS.while i was an intern then.i would be a formal employee soon but i chose to leave.the resign process is more complex and time-consuming for a formal employee.

You aren't afraid that she/he would tell others more, are you?
Some colleague including managers know your quiting, which would pose bad influence to you.

Yes, I did share with my ex-colleagues who are also my lunch group members as I believe they will not spread it before hand. In fact we are used to sharing our daily life stories with each other...So, it was not a surprise to them when I left the Company except those who don't really know me well...
