the best item for mirana is the eye of skadi cause it gives her high hp and mana and also gives her frost attck and if you have maelstrom it is the good combination for the skadi,...thats all hope i help you a little bit..^^

Hi usherrusher20? Sange and Yasha together with the eye of skadi was also good build for mirana and it's very effective when slowing thd enemy. Imagine while the enemy are in frost status, they also got maimed and purely slow. Then because of the increase in movement speed of yasha, mirana can go easily follow you and near with the enemy. But the problem with this item build is not good on killing when the enemy is also attacking you.
@Chinkz? Desolator would be good only during the early game and it's an orb effect. That's why when you have this item, you can no longer equipped those more strong orb effect item like Satanic. By the way,do you also feel that your attackspeed became slow because of the equipped desolator?

Xalimx? Is it real that by putting the item that is orb effect on the hotkey seven will give more percentage to have a chance? My friends also told that matter to me, But I don't believe that there a great posibility to be happen because there is basis. By the way? If I were you? It's better to have a boots of travel rather than power treads and teleport scroll because if yot have boots of travel you can able to save more space.

Hi? Well, for me the best item build for Mirana the night shade would be all beyond God like item during late game. But not all game starts at late game that's why you need to start at the early game first. During early game the first item that you must have must be the Bottle and Courier. When you already havd this item, try to fucus on farming and if you can able to kill the enemy? Go take that advantage for an istant gold. When you already reach the level eight and you already have a treads? Try to go in the lanes of your opponent and try to kill. Next during the middle game? It's time for you to hunt and hunt hero, until the late game come. For me? The best item for mirana the night shade would be this:
Boots of Travel
Manta Style
Butterfly
Buriza de kayo
Monkey King Bar
Satanic
That would be the best item, but even though you can't kill enemy? I'm sure they will got scared to face you. I equipped Boot's of travel for mirana to be able follow the enemy and smartly change line from different location because of it's teleport ability. Next item is the Manta Style! This item gives mirana the ability to be anti-focus and beside it also increase damage. Butterfly? For mirana to be able doge attack and increase attack speed. Critical for damage and monkey king bar to have a ministun. Then last is the Satanic, it helps mirana to regenerate hitpoints by attacking, which the greater the damage the greater you life steal. 
I'm sure you can able to perfectly finish the game.

the best item for her is not the eye of skadi. it costs too much and is not cost effective. the best item you can get on her is Manta Style because it is cheap, gives her a huge damage boost, and the Manta images can be used for various purposes.
