Coffee or Tea?

Do you prefer coffee or tea? or any variation, like cappucino, iced tea, etc.
Do you just drink it in the morning? night? all day long?
Myself, I'm an iced tea addict, Lipton only, and I drink it all day long every day.

I like both.
For me, coffee is best when I want to have energy if I'm feeling tired or run down. I don't want to have too much coffee because I don't know what effects the caffeine might have me.
I prefer to have tea as my go-to drink with meals. If I'm not drinking water, then I'm most likely drinking tea.
