The article is about whether or not the art piece is real, I personally think it is gross either way, not not art. I support a lot of weird art, but I can't support this. "Shvarts described her project to the Yale paper as a huge cube hanging from the ceiling and swathed in plastic sheeting smeared with her blood from the reported miscarriages. Videos taken of what the college student claimed were self-induced abortions in her bathtub will be projected both on the cube's sides and on the gallery walls." http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,351608,00.html Do you agree that this is gross, or should this really be seen as art?

This really is disgusting, and sad. It lends creadance to pro lifers and makes pro choice advocates want to pull their hair out. I know I shake my head and think.. wow.. how can this women really do this... not once, but multiple times... I did, however, hear a rumor that she faked them. That it was all made up. Perhaps the whole project is more to see what sociological responses she gets.

Actually the rumor is that she had abortions...it is all completely fake, she didn't have any abortions at all. Read the article.

I think it is gross too and it should not have been made into an art form. I see alot of art as being gross these days. It is too defined and too explicit.

It doesn't matter whether the artist did the abortions or not that is gross. Why would anyone want to depict a act that is very personal and marks the womens mental state. The women thinks about the abortion or should I say most women. I think the art display was very distasteful.
