My daughter is also like u only.Without water she couldn't have any solid food.

hi there,
well regardless of whether your eating or not. it is best to drink water throughout the day. drinking with meals wont affect the way your body absorbs water my dear. Just drink as much water you can all throughout the day and you will nourish your body well. your skin will look its best and your cells will be hydrated.. Just drink. ok.

drinking water is good for your health it flushes out all the toxins in your body. Drinking during her meal will fill her up easier but will not hurt her. All the resterants here serve water all during the meal.

Dear friend,
I do drink water while eating, as it helps to clear my throat and mouth for the food to go smoothly. Also if there is any chilly I would drink a lot not much to fill my stomach a little and rest for food. After having food I have a glass of water at last also if my stomach has that space and capacity.

Yes, it is good for our health to drink plenty of water especially during meal. My sister is like your daughter. As for me, I drink during meal but most of the times, I drink a lot after meal. Cheers!

I dont drink water while having meals.I have heard we should not drink water while eating but i dont know why they say that may be water fills stomach so that we cant eat much or may be other reason.I really dont know.

I've read somewhere that drinking water between meals will interfere/affect the digestion, well maybe that's the reason why they advise to chew the food properly... er, something like that. :D Also, it is advise that you have to drink WARM water.
Am trying to practice that but I am such a fast-eater that it's very important for me to drink to avoid choking! And.. I prefer ice cold coke! gosh! :D
