wow, that has to be tough on you and the kids. my heart really go's out to you. hopefully the court see's that she has failed to be in their lives and keeps them in your home. if it were here that is usually what happens, but usually they would allow the other parent some type of visitation. I would hope they wouldn't take them from their home where they have been and feel comfortable and secure. I am divorced and have 2 children by my ex, right now he isn't in their lives because he is serving a prison sentence, so that is what is saving us from having to deal with him now. I just pray when he does get out that he leaves us alone. and also that the court doesn't allow him any visitation. it's sad when a child doesn't have both parents in their lives but sometimes that can be better for them.
