Which do you prefer to be your pet, dog or cat?

I do like both dogs and cats as pets of course for different reasons. The dogs are very loyal, and lots of fun to play with and train to do tricks and obedience etc. And they are super company. They don't ever talk back at you, and no matter what you do to the poor things, they will always love you and follow you every where you go. Cats are great cause they are so entertaining to have around the house or in the yard. And some of them do go for walks with me which is fun too. And some of them will come when I call them, but that probably is the extent of their being obedient. Like someone else said, cats are very independent.
