When you're mad, shout it out to sea. Do you agree? When you are mad, you can shout it out to sea or at the parking space of the last floor of a tall building. This will ease you up. At least, you will not bother anybody else. But my advise, talk to someone close to you. You might get good advise.

Well this happen a few years ago. My office colleague and I were getting very stressed up in our work place because of over time and plenty of meetings and more meetings and arguments in our work place. So we went hill climbing and halfway when there no other climbers we stood on top of a rock over looking our city and shouted at the top of our voice to let out all the tension and stress. It was good.

When I am mad, I need to talk to the person who makes me mad and tell him/her personally to release myself! If I failed to do it, it will remain within and it will really bother me and ruin my day! but, if it's just light, I can just sit down alone and listen to my fave music, in that way, I will feel good after!
