Is it because of differences in attitude, varied priorities, someone new? What other things or factors that will make u say "I'm out of this?"

Its hard to just fall out of love, if you fall in love you did it for a reason, the first girl i fell in love with she cheated on me and i havent talked to her in 4 years but a part of me still loves her. You will love manypeople in your life but its when theres that one you cant stop thinkin about you cant let go... you will kno then that the love is true. I dont think you can make yourself fall out of love.. Unless the person hurts you so horribly.
