The full story is located on MountainTimes. I could not belive neighbors saw 77 "toy" breed dogs outside all winter and probally the heat from hot summers as well. From my understanding the poor things was fenced in with nothing protecting them from the weather up there. I lived in Boone and this accured in Todd a small community in Boone. The winter is brutal there,on occasion it snows up till very warm weather. Last week for instance it was snowing up on the mountain and I live about an hour away and it was 50 plus at the house. Anyways this girl was only 18 years old. She claimed she was doing it to sell them. I personally wonder what her excuse was when they asked why they received No Vet Care, was really malnurished and dehydrated.
Things like this really discuss me. They are taking donations to help with the bills as the local vets pitched in and worked 3 days straight trying to help these poor dogs. I suppose somone will have to groom them as well as they was matted together and in a mess, poor things.
I'm not sure if I could post a link I didn't want no trouble so to be sure, just add .com after the newspaper listed above if for some reason this affects you the way it has me,let me know your feelings and opinions. I know this is a hard and emotional subject for many but please leave a response for the sake other aniamal abusers/puppy mills will read this and hopefully see this is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It's not acceptable it's wrong just because they can't speak doesn't mean there not feeling pain or emotions or neglect. It needs to be stopped now. People are so focused on other things I don't think most people grasp what really happens or how they can stop these mills and put them out of business.

Glad to hear they were shut down. One less puppy mill for dogs to suffer in. There was one in a town 20miles north of me that was shut down as well. The owner ended up going to jail for a year plus is not allowed to have any type of animal for the rest of her life.
