Anyone tried Getref?

I've been wanting to get an account with GetRef to see what it was like and save myself some hassle. But whenever i try to login to the website with the password they gave me,i always get an error message. Tried to contact them many times,never got a response.
Anyone tried it?How was it and how would you rate their customer service?

I do use GetRef occasionally, but I have never had any issues with it so I don't know how their customer service is. Did you try opening a new account?

Yes,it never works.I usually get the message sorta like "Sorry,you're already registered,try to login using your name and password".
Could it be because i'm using a Mac?

I'm not really sure if that would have anything to do with it. It's probably something that messed up on their end. I guess I would just try to keep getting in touch with them or try another similar program. I used to belong to Star Referrals, but I haven't logged in in so long and I don't even know if they are still around.
