Blogging is not as easy as people think it is huh? I see all the posts about just start a blog and put some adsense on it and watch the money roll in, etc etc. I am guilty of starting several blogs and never looked back. Never logged on either 
Anyone else have blogs in "quicksand"? Dont be ashamed, it happens to the best of us!

I only have on blog just for that reason. I only have the time - and really not even that - for one blog.

I have been telling people for a long time that blogging is hard work, of course I have been telling people working as an author is hard way to make a living too, but no one wants to believe simply writing down words could possibly be as hard as their current job.

For me, writing comes easy but I still get writers block. If done correctly, blogging is a JOB. It just seems fun if you enjoy writing about a specific topic. Writing definitely requires discipline. Keep on telling them!

I have only one blog, but I have left it alone for about three months now. I kinda lost my way with it, and really don't know how to bring it back to life. But sometime soon I will probably just make a new post to it, and start from there.

i have a blog on livejournal. I rarely post on it most of the time because my life is boring!! that and i have an infant and take care of him. I have little advice to share or funnies toi tell cause i guess i am that boring!!

Did you say you have an infant? No way your life is boring! Parenting is the hardest job you will ever have in life. You cant ever quit and you will never be paid enough!!! 
On your down time (easier said than done, LOL) post about what your baby did that day. Make it a journal about him with photos and stuff. Then you can memories to share when he gets older. Give it another shot!

Oh i do what i can lol. But it's not that easy, as little time for myself, and he usually sits and smiles at me or cries when i'm not paying attention lol. it would be boring "today he grabbed his foot AGAIN and moved it around AGAIN lol. I tend to put down the momentous occasions though or try to.

I did that once. Then I decided to get my own domain on hosting i pay for - that really helps keep you motivated to try and make a site! I have had a lot of luck in getting traffic from blog catalog and entrecard - I am averaging 1000 hits a week now!!

Yep, if more bloggers had to pay, that would sure motivate! 1000 hits, WOW! Keep up the good work!
