I made a discussion same as this before and according to my response (thank you to you, by the way..) you have to read about the seller if he or she made transactions before, was it succesful or what. Then, they say it's bette to pay through Paypal. The possibility of Cash/Collect On Delivery payment method is sometimes visible to some sellers. May you have a good purchase then.

id say yes...my mom sells stuff on there and we have bought like 3 or 4 cars off there and they are all just fine:)

i never had a problem with them. just make sure the user has good feedback before you buy from them. also read the comments of people that bought from that person that is very useful.

yes its safe to buy in ebay. i've bought a couple of stuff already and i'm happy to say that i'm satisfied with what i got. you can always check the sellers reputation before buying anything. there's a tab there that shows the feedback and grade of a particualr seller.
