What do you think of this story Idea? Help please

My friend Zyn had this idea as she was helping me to the bathroom that I was an alien. Don’t ask, you have to know Zyn to understand. I tried to prove that I was not an alien, I had three factors in my favor. One, I bled, she said mosts alien species would bleed anyway, so that didn’t count as proof. Two, I bleed monthly on the same cycle as human females. She said that any species intelligent enough to travel to earth would be able to regulate bleeding so as to blend in. My third reason was that I’m in a wheelchair and no alien species would like to be in such a physically vulnerable status while visiting a planet. Her response was most interesting. She said that maybe that was the perfect disguise because no one would perceive me as anyone to be taken seriously because most able-bodied people view disabled people as incapable and helpless. Of course this got my imagination genes moving. I think I am going to explore this story idea further. I promised to give Zyn money if I got it published or it wins a competition. My main character, who doesn’t have a name yet, will be a kind of an anthropologist sent down to study humanity. I think she might also be an agent provocateur, someone who’s dedicated to making social change in order to see if she can help humanity develop into a species that the rest of the universe wants, because right now, in my story, we’re on the cusp of admission to the Galactic Interface Council, think Starfleet, only one that’s less run by humanoid creatures. My main character loves humanity a lot and is one of our biggest proponents in the GIC but she knows humanity’s time is about to run out because we’ve already been voted on eleven times and you only get twelve. If we are denied this time, we will be classified as a lower species and be subject to overtaking by a higher species (as in slavery, bondage and all around bad things).
