What kind of exercise do you do to keep fit? Do you do a specific program, or workout DVD?

Yup.. I've been exercising for almost 8 yrs, and running for just 4 yrs or so.. I like exercises as it can make me healthy and fit.. hehe.. Actually, after a run, and u feel more hungrier, is good.. It proves that u di your best to run and u'r determined enough to be healthy.. ONly thing is that, after run, u should eat foods with more protein instead and drink lotsa plain water to rehydrate yourself again.. In this way, u will lose weight and not gain weight instead.. hehe
DOing Dvds is a good way of starting too, because once u start, it's hard to stop.. haha

Very impressive. Sounds like you put a lot in to your fitness. I could never get in to running that much. I ran for a couple of months a few years back, I must be the only person who ever ran and gained weight. It made me really hungery, and I think I ruined any progress I made by running, by eating more than normally.
I like to do DVD's as often as I can. I also make sure that I am doing some kind of weight bearing exercises 2 to 3 times a week.

It is hard to squeeze in exercise when the kids are keeping you busy. I remember trying to squeeze in little walks when my kids were on the bench and not likely to get up to bat, then rushing back before they tood the field again. It is hard. Neither one of them wanted to play base ball or softball this year. I also work at home so I have slotted a certain time of day to work out every day for at least a half hour, but I try to do an hour, I take Tuesdays, and Saturdays off.

I used to weight lift, but I don't have time at the moment. Right now all I do is some situps and push ups every morning. I know it is not much but it is all I have time for right now.
