Inventing or by deciding a title of your topic..it should be catchy or attractive to the eyes of the mylot members. Title is play a big role to your discussions. But ofcourse be sure that your topic is also catchy same as your title. Complete package is important if you want to have a lot of responses. Quality topic is the best thing to do here in this website.
Some members don't have an eagerness to read discussions. If they don't like the title they will not waste there time to click and open it to read. So, i guess aside from our eagerness to response and give comments to our friends and add more friends. This one will help too..Try it and let see..

I entirely agree with you that the titel of the discussion should ba a catchy and attractive one. But I still feel that even if the title is an average one, on the other hand the contents of the discusssions are interesting, members would surely come forward to post their replies. If both title and contents are good and interesting, the discussions fetches more responses. Lastly, even if a discussion may be a 'good' one in your own opinion, it depends upon lots of factors, how it is views by the other members, who are going to reply to it.
Good Post!

Yes,you are right.
To have good discussions with many responses, one must have a catchy title and if possible there could also be an amount of suspense and eagerness.
Also don't forget to highlight your question and the points which you want every one to see.
If one follows all these,I am sure, one can get a number of responses.
Cheers! Have a good day
Happy mylotting and happy earning

I try to make my titles different, catchy or amusing and I usually add a picture on my discussions too. Sometimes it isn't easy finding the right words for a good, catchy title and I have to think about it before posting. I don't like to see single word titles, they don't give any information or even a clue as to the content of a discussion

I agree. It is often the title that catches my eye and makes me want to read what the discussion is about.
I am always disappointed if I see a good title and then find the opening post has only a single line, or simply asks a question, without given a personal experience or opinion.
When I respond, I feel I am having a conversation with the person who starts the discussion. I can't do this if they don't give their own opinion or explain why they ask the question.

hehee, certainly ,it is necessary to give a catchy title for your topic. And we also need to give a suitable title according to the content of the discussion but just chasing a good title by ignoring the the content we want to discuss.cauz, if then, mylot members will be angery with you and your topic,as well as not giving any commnet.

I agree with you. I know myself if a title doesn't catch my eye than I don't read the discussion itself. But once I start to read a discussion it also has to hold my interest. I always try to post quality discussions. I also look for things I think the members might get something out of. I try to make my title one that will catch a persons eye.
