Over analyzer

Do you know someone who over analyzes things?
I know someone who would always jump into comclusions based on just a sentence or even a phrase that someone said.
I think that it's not good and that what he thinks isn't always right. That sometimes, he's giving what a person said too much meaning like he can already write a story about a simple sentence or phrase.
How about you? Do you know someone like that? What do you tell him or her?

I am guilty of over analyzing at times. Although I just keep it to myself, as I don't really want to antagonize anyone. :D

My friend analyzes many things. This is Hoa. She say so much that We do not suffer from her. She chat with all people who it is the first time she has see. I think that she do not speak so. Because, she do not bad person or good person.
