Have u seriously considered committing suicide or have attempted to commit suicide?

Yes and yes...several times over the yrs actually...fortunately the last plan didnt get followed through because I found a snag in my plan which gave me enough time to stop and realize I needed to get back into therapy...If I'd NOT had that snag I would have been successful in my attempt...

i also attempt that kind of thing when my bf broke up with me but i'm glad that i didn't do it and the good thing is we're back together after the 2 weeks break up
