If I can't sleep, I'll be mylotting. And for sometimes, I'd read books. For me it's unusual to read books. Because I don't like reading. It makes me bored. And when I'm bored I feel sleepy. That's why I read a book, whenever I can't sleep. How about you, guys??? What do you do when you cannot sleep? Especially, you people who have insomnias. What do you do??? Please response. Kindly please... ^_^

If I have a hard time sleeping, I go online to do some online activities like myLot until I really feel so sleepy. However, since I often feel more perked up while doing online activities like this, I would rather read a book. If I still couldn't doze off after reading several pages, I just turn the lights off and close my eyes. Next thing I know, it's morning. But the latter doesn't always work well for me. What I do is drink a cup of hot milk. This make me feel comfortable and relaxed. It's easier to fall asleep when our body is relaxed.

Usually, if I cannot sleep, I do things that could tire me especially my eyes. I would read a book, or watch TV. Sometimes I surf the net, post discussions in Mylot or just anything.
I always sleep very late just like now its 1:25 am already and I'm still here doing Mylot. Just one of these times that I cannot sleep.
And I may say, a glass of warm milk or chocolate could also help me sleep.

most of the time, i would just get my phone and play some boring games so i would fall to sleep.. then if that does not work, i'd open up the pc and go to some news site and so if news dont bore me much.. haha then its really must be some problems in my mind... :D

I love reading but when I can;t sleep, I just read something that I find uninteresting so I end up getting bored and would rather sleep. Sometimes I do yoga to relax myself or watch TV. When there are times when my mind just can't let me sleep no matter how tired my eyes and my body, I try imagining things or counting.

I sometimes get like that too. Ive found that more exercise during the day hours and just being outside in the fresh air always helps me sleep better at night. And when I cant I do get on mylot for awhile and that works too. Hope you gotten some sleep.

I usually wake up every night at about 2 or 3 a.m. and I can't go back to sleep for at least an hour. I usually read books or write articles. I don't turn on my computer because then I would have to get out of bed and I don't really want to do that. Recently my husband has bought me a palmtop and things have become so much easier ever since. I write my articles during the night and in the morning I transfer them to my laptop. I feel, as far as I'm concerned it's a great way of doing it. I've always thought night is great for inspiration.

I usually sleep very well. But if I can't sleep , I will chat with my friend on the internet ,it's very pleasent.Maybe the insomnias comes from too much stress,so communicate with your friends ,you'ill feel well. If your insomnia seriously influences your daily life, you can try some pills. A home remedy for insomnia is to drink aglass of warm milk. And VB3(vitamin B3)is a kind of anti-insomnia vitamin.I wish you a speedy recovery, maintain goodstate of mind!

I usually read a book, though I enjoy reading. When I had real trouble sleeping I used aromatherapy to help aid sleep. Lavender oil is good at relaxing you and getting you off to sleep.
Sometimes you need to work out if anything is causing you to not sleep. Are you worrying about something? Solving you worry should help you get off to sleep.

I do whatever I can do to fall asleep. Read, sing, listen to music, write, dance, exercise, walk, run, listen to white noise (running water or a radio with just static playing), anything that will put me to sleep. Normally, it is not hard for me to fall asleep, staying awake is the problem.

If you can't sleep, just move back your sleeping hour lol.
But if you have insomnia like me, then you have no choice - you just have to sleep at one point of time.
So I just lie there and converse with God. My insomnia is quite bad. I typically converse for 1-2hours and I find myself shocked when I look at the clock because it certainly didn't feel like I had talked so long.
