Another discussion inspired this. The average woman in the UK is a size 16. I am not sure about the average male size. What is your size? I will work out an average Mylotter size and see if it is near the UK average. Female : UK sizes (10/12/14) Male : UK sizes (S/M/L) Also we will do a foot one, also in UK sizes, just to keep it all consistent. If you don't know your UK size, just google for a conversion chart. I am a size 6 in clothes and a size 4 in shoes.

Glad to be in the UK and I can easily post my answer to your question. My size is 6 or petite and my shoes are 3. Sometimes it's difficult to find items that fit me as I'm very small. But luckily many women in the UK have a slim or slender body so finding my size isn't really a distant chance.

Well, I guess there are too many in the town who are size 6 so the supply gets low. I know I see many slim women here. And with the shoe size, I also almost always don't find them in the shelf. Not that they don't exist but they get sold very quickly.

I don't think it is too hard finding a 6, but I wish more cheap shops would stock them. I also wish that petite clothes weren't more expensive than regular size clothes. Average size now being 6/8 and a shoe size 3.

Lol that would be funny. I will average you out at a size 10. I have clothes in my wardrobe of a size 4, 6 and 8, so I just chose the middle size.

Wow! You're such a petite person. I'm so jealous! LOL! I used to be that tiny when i was a teen and in my early twenties. Ever since I had my baby, it's been all down hill, body wise. But, she's totally worth it. And, I'm not complaining. I can still get in shape and have time to adjust everything. I will never be the size that I was before. I guess you could say that I would be L or Large. I don't have an exact size, because I don't shop that often. And, I don't know the conversion. So, maybe size 12 or 14. Depending on the store that I shop at, it might be a size 16. Designer clothes always run way smaller than the regular retail.

That is understandable as giving birth tends to make people weigh more, the same happened to my Mam, she used to be a size 8 and is now a size 16/18 after two children. That would bring the average size up to about a 10. Still makes the average mylotter nice and small and petite.

In clothing, I'm an Australian 10-12, with occasional size 14s with the strange, inconsistent way sizing is in different stores, So I'm averaging at a UK size 10. =D And apparently, in footwear, I am a UK 5 1/2-6, leaning more towards the 6 I think. =D

That makes the average female a size 8/10 (9 if they existed) with a shoe size of 5 1/2.

In the usa I wear anything from a 5-6 and a size 7 1/2 in shoes. I'm 5'7 and 140 pounds for my height this is pretty normal.

That makes the average size female a size 8 in clothes and a 5.5 in shoe size. I translated your sizes to UK to work this out.

My clothes size is mostly size 8 but I can fit into size 6 tops, my shoe size is size 1 or a 2. You know how small my feet are. This is my first post!

That makes the average clothing size 8 still and shoe size a 3/4.

My pants size is 34, I wear a M size shirt. I don't know if that is the average. Not to speak badly of americans bu we tend to be slightly more over weight than other countries. I guess that is because we assume that since we have so much food over here, we have to eat it all instead of sharing it with less fortunate nations.

Since you are a medium all over, I don't think you are over weight. I assumed that Americans were overweight for the same reasons as us in the UK. The fact that it is better value for money to supersize and that fatty food is cheaper and more widely available than healthy food. What is your shoe size? The average male size is now L.

This is intriguing. OK. XL. Male. Shoe size 10. But I am shrinking slowly round the middle!

I'm UK size 8, and shoe size 5. You do know a lot of the size conversion charts are different don't you? Some will say, for example, that a UK 8 is a US 6, and some will say a UK 8 is a US 4 etc. It varies from site to site.

At this point, you are the average size for a mylotter female. Stupid conversion charts, there is nothing much I can do about that, but I doubt it will cause a huge problem since sizes are very varied anyhow. Some shops a size 8 is like a size 10 in another shop. It is crazy.
