What Do You Prefer Verizon or Comcast for Internet

Im not from the United States, but i work for Verizon fora year now. im a technical support representative, and based on the calls that i received if they encountera problem with the service most of the customers tell this line.... " Verizon Sucks! i might as well contact Comcast and order a new service " Im here at the Philippines so i have no idea how big Verizon or Comcast there in the states, but based on your experience as a Verizon or Comcast customer, what company can provide less Trouble Less Disconnection to the internet?
